Maple Wood produces custom component parts in high pressure laminate, or hpl components, laminated components to your specs. Maple Wood is an established manufacturer of all laminated products and laminated parts in any quantity. Maple Wood Manufacturing performs high pressure laminating of panels and parts for all industries. Furthermore, we have precision machining capability for all of our laminated products, laminated components and laminated parts. Our high pressure laminating is done in a 5’ x 12’ hpl laminating press which applies pressure of 100 psi to assure a solid bond between the high pressure laminate and the substrate in our laminated components and laminated parts. Using this press we can produce high pressure laminated panels up to 5’ x 12’. Maple Wood produces precision machined laminated parts and components for many industries, including laminated tops for the medical industry for medical equipment cart tops, office work surfaces, industrial work benches. Maple Wood uses both standard high pressure laminating, and also anti-static or ESD laminating for all of our laminated components and laminated workbench tops. Laminated parts and laminated components are also known by plastic laminated parts and plastic laminated components as well as hpl parts and hpl components..
